Policy Regarding Digital Millennium Copyright Act

Welcome to our website. We value the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. As per the regulations outlined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can issue a takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent. Being an internet service provider, we are shielded by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against infringement claims. To file a sincere infringement claim, certain information needs to be provided:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright holder or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed;
  3. Details about the infringing material and its location, including the URL;
  4. Contact information of the complainant, such as name, address, email, and phone number;
  5. A statement asserting the unauthorized use of the material;
  6. A declaration of the accuracy of the provided information and the authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), penalties can be imposed on individuals who knowingly misrepresent information in an infringement notification. Takedown notices should be sent via email through our Contact page for timely attention.

It must be noted that we may disclose the identity of the complainant in any copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and consent to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice for alleged copyright infringement and wish to have the material restored, you can send a counter notification to our DMCA Agent. The counter notification should include:

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location;
  3. A statement confirming the belief that the material was taken down mistakenly;
  4. Your name, address, and contact details, along with consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

To submit a counter notice, use our Contact page, preferably through email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict stance against copyright infringement and comply with the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy. We keep a record of DMCA notices and take action against repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.

Modifications

We retain the right to update and modify our DMCA policy at any time for any reason. Please revisit this page periodically to stay informed about any revisions.
